We rely on businesses providing feedback on the performance of contractors. This allows yourself and other businesses to gain an understanding of the person's abilities. Baristar is not the expert, the businesses are the expert and if we vet candidates, we feel they still might not be a good fit. Who better than your peers to judge performance. If you do encounter any issues or concerns with a contractor, please send us an email at info@baristar.com.au outlining the situation.

We do not charge a subscription for this service. The Baristar model is pay as you go. The service fee for using Baristar is 8.75% of the amount of the advertised role. An example, if you advertise a job to be completed for $100.00, the total payable would be $108.75.

A payment is taken once you have selected a worker that fits your requirements.  Once the job is completed, we release the funds to the contractor.
